A computer program to engrave traditional as well as polytempo music

Copyright Sibelius and Finale are current major music engraving programs. Big, clumsy and primitive. They were not designed by or for professional musicians. They prevent music from further evolution. Evgeni Kostitsyn developed notation of polytempo music and is currently building a computer program able to engrave traditional as well as polytempo music.
