This is a remarkable application created for professional artists to overcome the limitations of today's pixel-based and vector-based drawing programs because we believe that drawing on a computer should be as fun and powerful as drawing with pencil on paper.

Closed major licensing agreements for the Saffron Type technology to Macromedia for Flash 8 and to Monotype Imaging for use in their market-leading font products. Other technologies include, projector calibration, face detection & recognition, digital video navigation, speech recognition for music search.
Was involved in early development of the Boston Clean Tech cluster including co-founding the MIT Enterprise Forum Energy SIG, Ignite Clean Energy Competition and the New England Chapter of Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2).

· Developed plan to establish Fidelity Ventures and Fidelity Interactive in Silicon Valley to gain increased access to seed-stage opportunities. Managed relationships with Silicon Valley partners and evaluated strategic investment opportunities.
· Led planning and vendor negotiation (NetGenesis) for an integrated web business metrics system that combined and correlated web stats, customer email, and research and call center feedback.

Reported to Carl Gustin, the Chief Marketing Officer with personal involvement in business strategy, structuring and negotiating agreements and management of high-profile relationships including Adobe, IBM, Intel, Microsoft and Nortel.
Also stared and managed Kodak's Developer Relations Group that provided technical evangelism of Kodak products and technologies and support services to over 15,000 ISV's and developers.
Started at Kodak Electronic Printing Systems where I headed up licensing activities for Kodak's Color Management System (KCMS) including closing major licenses with Microsoft for Windows 95 and SGI.
