Paul is a Senior Associate working within the Corporate & Commercial group of Finlaysons. His work focuses on Intellectual Property and Technology, with an interest in social media and online law, commercialisation of new technologies, and dispute resolution in trade mark, copyright and patent matters. Paul also advises on matters relating to Privacy, Corporate Governance, Trade Practices & Consumer Protection, inter-jurisdictional disputes and general areas of corporate law.

Paul has extensive experience working with educational institutions, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, and research bodies.

Paul is also the managing director of web-based ticketing company Dramatix Pty Ltd, an innovative service providing ticketing to theatre, comedy and music events, as well as conferences and conventions throughout Australia.

Paul often presents and writes papers on the intersection of technology and the law, and recent trends in the Australian legal system. He is a regular guest on a number of radio programs.

In 2014, Paul taught the intensive undergraduate Intellectual Property Law course at Flinders University. He also is a tutor in International Law at the University of Adelaide.

Paul has a keen interest in mentoring, and currently mentors both university students and school students as part of a variety of mentoring programs.
