My work as a UK and European patent attorney, building on a degree and MPhil in mechanical engineering from University of Bath, focuses on the engineering field. I have particular experience in medical devices, automotive/transport, outdoor and sports equipment, and software.
My practice concentrates on patent filing and prosecution (including oppositions and appeals), portfolio management and strategic IP planning. I also do a substantial amount of design protection work and have experience in IP due diligence and patent litigation support. My clients include SMEs in the UK and elsewhere, British Universities and multinational companies.
I have been a contributer to "Growing Business Handbook" 2008, "Innovation Handbook" 2008 & 2010 published by Kogan Page Ltd and "Start your own Business" 2010 published by Crimson Publishing.
