About
I'm a seasoned attorney, litigator, and consultant. I am an expert in software licensing, product monetization, and open source software issues. I help companies, both large and small, protect and license their intellectual property.
I've held several different positions in my career: prosecutor, software engineer, staff attorney, and general counsel.
I have helped start up companies save money, won jury trials, and reported a security breach in bar exam software to the State Bar of California. My passions are to help bring excellent products to market, zealous advocacy, and quality teamwork.
