I am an intellectual property attorney specializing in patent, trademark, and copyright law (litigation & transactions). I have a broad technical background in science and engineering, with a focus on biomedical engineering and semiconductor/MEMS engineering (M.S. UCLA, B.S. UC San Diego). I have considerable experience litigating intellectual property cases before federal courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the USPTO. Patents I have drafted span a variety of fields including semiconductors, medical devices, electronics, mechanical and consumer products.
