Rand Brenner has licensed some of the biggest Hollywood blockbusters, including “Batman” and the “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”, both of which generated billions of dollars in worldwide merchandise sales. His career included executive positions at Saban Entertainment and Warner Bros Consumer Products where he developed numerous licensing and promotional deals with Fortune 1000 companies including Coca Cola, Kellogg's, Quaker Oats, Hasbro, Mattel, Random House, Harper Collins, Pillsbury, Topps, Sara Lee/Hanes and others.

Rand is President & CEO of Licensing Consulting Group a full-service intellectual property management and licensing agency that assists clients in leveraging their IP to reach its fullest revenue potential. LCG provides clients with expert guidance through the IP management process, from strategy development to commercialization. LCG helps clients understand, manage, protect and leverage their intellectual property by developing an IP strategy that supports the business strategy. Recent assignments include licensing major Hollywood IP for location based entertainment attractions in China; developed a licensing model for a patented non-medical sound treatment technology; developed and managed the in-game sponsorship program for an online virtual world game; developed international licensing deals for a patented tie-down device.

Rand is also an active speaker, and has presented to networking clubs, investor groups, entrepreneurs, students, marketers, inventors and entertainment companies. His speaking events have included San Diego Investment Conference, University of Redlands, Westlaw Legal Ed Center, National Speakers Association (Nashville), and the Hong Kong FilmArt Expo.
