Vincent Diqing Yu graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (LLB) in Shanghai, China and Vanderbilt University Law School (JD) in Nashville, TN. After law school, Vincent worked at King & Wood Mallesons, one of the top firms in Asia-Oceana region, specialized in IP law and practice. Vincent’s practice spans from IP application as well as IP enforcement to general IP consulting in industries such as chemical, retail, fashion, media, entertainment, semi-conductor, and internet.
He is admitted to the PRC bar in China and NY Bar in the US.
Vincent is also a professional website designer and graphic designer, adept in HTML, CSS, JS and PHP languages, and also with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator software. He has a passion for Chinese calligraphy and typography. He is currently living in Shanghai with his wife and an adorable son.
