About

I have over 20 years of experience in counseling clients with regard to their intellectual property (IP). I work closely with sole inventors as well as inventor employees of all sized corporations to provide the best IP protection for their inventions. Being an engineer previously, I understand where inventors are coming from and can help guide them through the complex patenting, trademark and/or copyright paths. I have several patents myself and have successfully licensed them. So I have not only advised inventors but I have been in the inventor "seat" and know "what they're going through." My goals are to grow my practice by helping and guiding even more inventors/companies through the IP process. There are many bright people out there who have great concepts but just don't know how to move them forward. In addition, IP law, especially patent law, both domestic and foreign, is changing rapidly in today's global economy. I advise inventors/companies how to get started and how to see the big picture in order to bring their concepts to the world and head for success.
