Tino Duttiné is a partner in the German Tax Group. He advises German and foreign multinational enterprises with respect to national and international tax issues. His practice is focused on the tax efficient structuring of acquisitions and IP and finance structures as well as on the taxation of corporate groups.
Tino has managed large scale reorganization projects for clients. He and his team handle and coordinate all legal steps of reorganization, from tax planning to corporate and organizational implementation.
