As a qualified European and Italian patent attorney I am well versed in all aspects relating to the protection of intellectual property through a patent. From the initial technical discussion with the inventors, through prior art searches, drafting and prosecution to post-prosecution activities, such as freedom to operate opinions, licensing, due diligence reports, oppositions, nullity and infringement proceedings.
I can represent applicants at the European Patent Office as well as the Italian Patent Office, and can therefore directly file and prosecute Italian, European and international patent applications.
The main technological fields in which I am active on a daily basis include electronics, nanotechnology and microelectronics, in particular thanks to my working experience in the semiconductor industry, as well as telecommunications, information technology, and mechanics.
