Krasimira Kadieva is a Bulgarian and European trademark and design attorney, who graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of National and World Economy in 2007. In 2009 – 2010 she specialized International Business Law at Queen Mary College, University of London. She has practical experience in negotiations, drafting of legal documents, and representing clients in the field of intellectual property and commercial law as from 2013 she develops her private practice. The narrow professional orientation of Krasimira Kadieva is related to intellectual property. She offers comprehensive analysis and strategy for the effective protection of intellectual property rights, mainly trademarks, industrial designs, patents, geographical indications, and copyrights, both at the time of registration and in violation of the rights thereto. Krasimira Kadieva assists Bulgarian and foreign clients in all types of industrial property rights’ registrations by providing professional advice and preparation of all necessary documents. For improving her professional qualifications Krasimira Kadieva regularly attends conferences, practical courses, seminars, forums, and webinars in the field of intellectual property. She has been invited as a guest speaker at a seminar on the trademarks registration procedure in October 2015. She has written numerous articles in the field of intellectual property law, that discuss the most important IP matters, provides practical advice to businesses, describes the last amendments of the legislation as well as promote the value of IP and the need to protect and respect the intellectual property rights.

Krasimira Kadieva is authorized to practice before the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria (BPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
