Work history
Mainly deal matters within the European Union and the Spanish market; However, our services are not limited to a national level but also reach an international level. Therefore, we have clients and associated firms in most of the world, including USA, Latin America, Europe, etc.
We are also the Delegation of AEDPI (Spanish Association of Intellectual Property Law) in the Valencia and Murcia.
Our firm belongs to Multilaw (The Multinational Association of Independent Law Firms), International Bar Association which allows us to work with many prestigious companies and partners around the world.
We also work with companies dedicated to innovation as we provide expert advice, and help them to protect the result of that innovation.
Some of the services we offer our customers are, for example, registration, protection, defense and validity of patent and trademark infringement, unfair competition processes, etc.
Our office is located in the city of Alicante, Spain, but we also have partners in Madrid, Barcelona, Tarragona and Marbella. As you may known, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), which is responsible for registering trademarks and void Community and Community designs, is also located in Alicante, as well as the Community Trade Mark Court, with jurisdiction throughout the Spanish territory and alternatively across the European Union.
