Jason specializes in intellectual property and corporate law, with a strong focus on TMT (technology, media and telecom) and other emerging industries. He has extensive experience advising both multinational clients and domestic clients on legal matters relating to IP prosecution and enforcement, market entry, M&A and complex regulatory and operational issues.
Jason has been licensed to practice law in China and he is currently an individual member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (“AIPPI”).
Jason owns a LLM Degree from University of International Business and Economics, a LLB Degree from Weifang University and a BE Degree from Beijing Institute of Technology.
