Yoana is practicing as attorney-at-law. Yoana has focused her legal career on the areas of Intellectual property, Competition law, Data protection and Contract law. Her daily work involves cases where a variety of industries are involved, such as media and new technology, creative industries, Pharma etc.
Yoana has international experience both in studies and practice.
Studying in three different countries gave her the opportunity to develop and to enrich both linguistic and cultural skills but also to improve her orientation in new environments.
Working at internationally recognized law firm such as Cameron McKenna (Paris) where she was dealing with competition law cases, brought her an experience of quality but also client approach and interaction skills.
Yoana has extensive experience with team and project management, covering different legal fields and industries.
Yoana has innate curiosity about recent developments across legal fields, and she is interested in particular in the legal protection of intellectual property assets.
