A corporate lawyer and litigation attorney having the diverse experience of starting my career from a litigation firm, spending substantial years at the corporate sector and then proceeding to act as Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and two other Hon'ble Supreme Court Justices. Having researched and drafted legal opinions on a variety of legal matters ranging from intellectual property law, company law, constitutional law, service law, tax law, land law, international human rights law, family law etc., My experience has built in me the ability to identify and foresee any potential legal obstacles that may arise out of certain /series of omissions/commissions in any areas of law and providing pragmatic legal solutions so the client's worries may be put to rest. I believe in and deliver time and cost efficient, comprehensive, solution-driven legal advice and take client satisfaction as a prime priority.
My experience in the Corporate Sector includes advising national and international clients on a range of corporate compliance and corporate governance matters including drafting and negotiating concession agreements, pre-bid documents and assessment of legal proposals for commercial transactions. Providing legal advice on the feasibility of small-scale and large-scale commercial projects including novel projects like public-private partnership projects. My expertise include advising clients on intellectual property matters; registering patents, copyrights, trademarks and advising on intellectual property disputes/licensing agreements. Carried out detailed due diligence reports on the legal framework of intellectual property laws currently in-force in South Asia. Having the privilege and honor of assisting a WTO panelist in an Anti-dumping Investigation and assisting Pakistani's counsel to WTO in a similar investigation. Advised national and international clients on telecommunication law, labour law, privacy law, trade remedy law and construction law.

Having the invaluable experience of advising national and international clientele on Afghan tobacco laws, employment laws, US-Afghanistan bilateral treaty provisions, corporate governance and corporate compliance matters. I have also had the honor of contributing to the drafting of rape laws in Afghanistan as well as the drafting of laws governing Public-Private-Partnership projects in Afghanistan.
