About

Essentially, I'm a business lawyer - I have worked for three companies in-house and I also work for clients as outside counsel, doing practically everything that comes across my desk. Whether it's a lease that needs to be negotiated, a separation and release that needs to be drafted, a trademark that needs to be obtained or a dispute that needs to be resolved, I solve my clients' problems by dealing with them, delegating to outside counsel and managing or co-counseling. Accordingly, my professional experience has included extensive research, analysis, writing, drafting, editing, negotiation, advising, dispute avoidance, strategic planning and implementation. I also enjoy attending conferences, seminars and networking events on behalf of my company and law firm.

Specialties: Legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, negotiating agreements and business planning, structuring and implementation.

Work history

Merino Yebri, Of Counsel
We are problem solvers with our clients' strategic objectives and future development in mind. We counsel clients on business transactions, mindful of the risks and benefits that impact their future growth, enabling executives to run their business.

We are experienced in a wide array of legal services to entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, such as corporate formation, real estate transactions, intellectual property registration and administration, healthcare transactions and employment matters. We are dedicated to becoming your dependable counsel and business partner.

We are also experienced civil litigators in the fields of general business litigation, entertainment, media and intellectual property (including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law); real estate litigation; labor and employment litigation; unfair competition and antitrust litigation; consumer and tort law; and collection actions.

Finally, we are open to non-traditional billing arrangements, such as flat fees and contingency fee work. We have confidence in our ability to win cases and obtain favorable settlements. Thus, we will consider sharing the risk and upside of litigation with our clients.
