I am a lawyer skilled in IP and IT law. I have experience dealing with IP and IT contracts (service level agreements, licensing contracts, outsourcing, etc.). I am also experienced in privacy & data protection and I have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the complex EU data protection legislation and cross-border data transfers. In my previous role I have also gained a detailed overview of necessary ingredients of privacy policies and how to form them.
