About

You won’t find many patent attorneys who can juggle fire. But after drafting over 300 patent applications during the past decade, juggling fire has become a relatively relaxing hobby. That I still have a full head of hair (my eyebrows grew back in fairly quickly) is silent testimony to a certain grace under pressure and multitasking ability. Certainly, these same attributes have helped to keep my clients from getting burned in the patent application process.

As a partner of Dicke, Billig and Czaja, PLLC, I bring extensive patent management experience to clients in a broad range of industries, obtaining U.S. and foreign patent protection for inventions in electrical, semiconductor, mechanical, computer, software, and related technology fields. I can handle a variety of applications in high volume, and it's a point of pride that clients can count on me to deliver quality work on or ahead of schedule.
