Before becoming a patent attorney, Mr. Morgan worked for several years as a patent examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications in Class 705 (business methods). Mr. Morgan also has over a decade experience as a computer programmer for a Fortune 100 company.
During his career, Mr. Morgan has been associated with several major law firms, including the national law firm of Quarles & Brady, LLP; Oliff & Berridge, LLP in Alexandria VA; F. Chau & Associates in East Meadow, NY; and Lowenstein Sandler, PC in Roseland, NJ. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and is a member of the Arizona State Bar and New York State Bar.
