Patent Pending An underwater detection device (1) is provided. The device comprises a transceiver (10, 11, 121-124, 13) for transmitting underwater an ultrasonic signal and receiving an echo signal caused by the ultrasonic signal, and a detector (141, 142) for detecting, based on the echo signal, an incident angle of the ultrasonic signal with respect to an underwater moving body and a reflection intensity of the echo signal reflected on the underwater moving body.
