Patent Granted A film coating apparatus includes a coating chamber for introducing a substrate into the inside thereof to coat the substrate with a film, a coating liquid container for holding a coating liquid, and a liquid transporting system for transporting the coating liquid from the coating liquid container to the coating chamber. The film coating apparatus has means for suppressing containment of at least one of oxygen and moisture in the coated film.
