Cell seperation/Oxygen dissolution

Patent Granted PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating cells capable of separating and removing a cell cluster alive from an organ with a higher probability. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1, for separating the cells in order to separate the specific cell cluster in the organ and to remove the cell cluster from the organ, is equipped with a circuit 2 in which a transfusion containing a digestive enzyme for degrading the organ circulates; an organ-housing container 3 arranged in the circuit 2 and housing the organ; and an oxygen application means 7 arranged in the circuit 2 for dissolving the oxygen in the transfusion and increasing the amount of dissolved oxygen of the transfusion.
