Patent Pending PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus equipped with a substrate 40 having a circuit including at least a plurality of pixel electrode driving transistors disposed on the surface part thereof, and a display part (liquid crystal part) 60 having at least pixel electrodes 68 corresponding to the pixel electrode driving transistors TFT of the circuit, where a degree of freedom in design of the substrate 40 is enhanced, so that a display manufacturing cost is reduced.
