Cells from tissue sample

Patent Pending PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating and preparing cells from a tissue sample. ; SOLUTION: The method for preparing the cells from the tissue sample includes the following steps from (1) to (3); (1) heating and treating the tissue sample at a temperature from 60 to 80[deg.]C in a citric acid solution; (2) treating the heated and treated tissue sample with proteolytic enzyme; and (3) dispersing cells contained in the enzyme treated sample in a surfactant solution.
