Patent Pending PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local surface plasmon excitation type ultrathin film light emitting sensor capable of responding quickly to a change of an oxygen concentration, and capable of visualizing sufficiently a surface oxygen concentration, even in 10 nm or less of thickness. ; SOLUTION: This sensor is formed by combining a functional polymer ultrathin film with a light emitting functional molecule introduced into a polymer ultrathin film, and a metal nano-particle.
