Multinary light-emitting nanoparticle

Patent Granted A multinary light-emitting nanoparticle containing a metal complex is provided to realize excellent dispersion stability and high light emitting efficiency, and to enable formation of a uniform thin film when applied to a light emitting layer of an organic optoelectric device. A multinary light-emitting nanoparticle is obtained by mixing a host compound capable of transporting holes or electrons, and a dopant compound containing a metal complex while dispersing into a nano-size in the presence of a dispersant. The multinary light-emitting nanoparticle has a size of less than 1 micrometer, preferably less than 500 nm.
