An amorphous soft magnetic alloy has a composition expressed by a formula: (Fe1-aTMa)100-w-x-y-zPwBxLySizTipCqMnrCus, wherein inevitable impurities are contained, TM is at least one selected between Co and Ni, and L is at least one selected from a group consisting of Al, Cr, Mo, and Nb.
