Patent Pending PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal obtained by blocking two signal transductions of POMC and CART, recognized as being neuropeptides acting important roles in antifeeding activities of many pharmaceuticals, readily and at low cost and usable in a drug discovery process of a drugs that acts on appetite systems and stress of the model mouse, or the like, and obtained by causing the signal transduction failure of leptin and serotonin, in acquired manner.
