Patent Granted [PROBLEMS] To obtain a novel enzyme which is derived from a microorganism, particularly a mold showing a high growth capability on a plastic surface having an urethane bond and can break an urethane bond and/or an amide bond in a polymeric substance, and to provide a method for degradation of a plastic material having an urethane bond by using the enzyme.
