Patent Pending PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive liquid mixing device. ; SOLUTION: The liquid mixing device is a device constituted so as to mix two kinds of liquids and equipped with a crossing unit. The crossing unit includes a first refraction flow channel, which is refracted twice, and a second refraction flow channel which is refracted twice and has a structure wherein the undersurface of the flow channel after the first refraction communicates with the top surface of the flow channel after the first refraction of the first refraction flow channel.
