Patent Granted PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifier circuit which can take out DC power from a feeble AC signal. ; SOLUTION: In the inventive rectifier circuit, the gate electrode of an MOS transistor in diode connection is connected, in AC sense, to the node of an AC signal applied to its own source electrode or drain electrode and an AC signal of reverse phase and an AC bias voltage is superimposed.
