Patent Granted PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus capable of three-dimensionally acquiring the position of a particle existing in a three-dimensional microscopic space by a simple optical system, further, simultaneously acquiring the displacement in a direction parallel to the optical axis and a displacement in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis by the simple optical system.
