A mechanism for organizing cords in a manner that enables rapid unwinding/removal of the cord WITHOUT twisting or tangling the cord about itself.

Patent Granted The device design can be used as a stand alone cord wrap for, e.g., iPod or other earphones or earbuds, or as a component of any device having a cord attached to it, typically a power or audio cord. The configuration promotes storage of the cord in an easy, wrapping, motion, but also enables quick "pull off" removal of the entire cord (e.g., earbud cord length) in less than a second WITHOUT that cord becoming twisted about itself.
