Cyclops MedTech Pvt. Ltd. is a Bangalore based start-up working extensively in the areas of eye tracking and vestibular science. Our vision is to create highly innovative and cost effective medical technology and devices which can dramatically expand the diagnosis horizon and thereby aid in faster and better cure.
Our first product, a "complete balance assessment tool" is a wearable clinical device used to diagnose vertigo. We started working on the product in 2012 and produced a working alpha prototype in 8 months. The device was tested at a leading ENT centre in Bangalore for over 6 months. The device was showcased at AOICON and received a overwhelming response from ENT specialists from across the country. Presently we are on the verge of completing our beta prototype and the product should be commercially available by the end of 2015.
We are working on a suite of products across the entire balance spectrum and are also doing a lot of research on eye tracking and it's application to diagnose various medical conditions.
The company is being incubated at the Bio Medical Innovation Centre at BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.
