My Services (Mina Tjänster) provides the world’s first digital warehouses for services and membership. The consumer can with the help of a web and application based tool easily subscribe to new services and manage all of their current subscription services.
We have researched how established subscription services are for the Swedish consumers and it turns out that 85% of the Swedes use some service with automatic payment today ( study conducted in March 2014 by Norstat AB , 528 participants). What is even more interesting is that 58 % of these are not entirely comfortable with the model.
The end customer talks about several inconveniences with their subscription and subscription services. We have been told that the client lacks economic control when the money is automatically deducted on different dates, it often lacks a receipt and the customer has an administrative burden to manage their services and keep track of all his passwords.
