Technology Suzumo Machinery exhibited a machine that automatically produced sushi during FOOMA Japan 2008 (International Food Machinery and Technology Exhibition). When the sushi machine was used, anyone was able to make sushi with no mess nor waste in a constant manner. With the sushi cutter and sushi roll packer, it is easy to serve and prepare sushi. This sushi robot can produce about 400 thin sushi rolls per hour or about 270 thickly rolled sushi rolls per hour.
