Would the exit of Greece from the Euro zone or perhaps from the EU mean that a European patent or a Community Trademark has no effect anymore? What are the implications for IP?

The common definition of a Grexit, i.e. Greece leaving the European Monetary Union (i.e. no longer being a 'euro-country') would not affect any IP regulation. In that case, Greece would still be part of the European Union, but no longer a Euro-country; it would have a similar status as the UK or Denmark.
An exit from the European Union would have more consequences (and not only for IP). However, there has not been any discussion on whether Greece is or should be leaving the EU.
