Hi! We are considering expanding the coverage of our trademark. Is there any software that can help us with trademark research in other jurisdictions (we are based in Germany, interested mainly in US, Japan, China) and with the subsequent application? Or do we have to hire TM professionals in each single jurisdiction?

You can search the Chinese trademark official website http://www.saic.gov.cn/sbjEnglish/ for more information. According to Chinese law, a company based in other jurisdiction must find a Chinese IP institution as their agent to file a trademark in China. You can contact me if needed.
