Trademark 'Use in Commerce' for Website Business

質問

This relates to my previous question ("Application for a Trademark as Individual or Company"), but I would like to ask it as well: When I file a trademark application, what is relevant for the 'use in commerce' -- the date from which I was running the website or the date when the company was incorporated (later date)? If both works, which one is preferable? Thank you!

Use in commerce is the actual use of your mark on or in connection with your products or services in interstate commerce. This is for US.
