Reciprocal pension agreement UK - Japan

質問

I worked for several years in Japan, up to 2008. I have found out that there is a reciprocal pension scheme arrangement with the UK but the online information is confusing. Can anyone point me in the direction of any good resources for finding out what I need to do to claim back my pension contributions from Japan? Thank you in advance for your help.

If the reciprocal pension scheme is offered by the UK, then you can inquire with the UK pension Board. Or with the Institution that pays you your pension in the UK
