Hello, we are located in the UK with early users in Europe and a broad potential user base in Europe, US and Asia. Especially with regards to Brexit, what kind of privacy/data protection regulations should we apply to our business? Should we still implement EU rules?

Data privacy/protection depends on nature of business, jurisdiction of your business operation, and what kind of data you are operating.

Regarding brexit the official exit take two years, till than follow EU and keep an eye on notifications from GOvt of UK or consult a lawyer you can consult us on www.ipforstartup.com
