Can anyone give an idea which are the most important documents for a company in case they decide to raise seed funding? Do the investing companies sometimes provide their own versions? Or would we prepare them all in company?

There are a bunch of standard funding docsets ... techstars, Y-combinator SAFE, the US VC community have model documents ... other countries your luck will vary. Usually for any large transaction, you need to go through a due-diligence the most important being audited accounts and registry of intangible properties.
