Using extensive experience in valuation, financial analysis, forensic accounting, fraud examination, due diligence and research Two Jack Capital is focused on delivering comprehensive services including damages quantification and expert witness testimony in the private enterprise and Intellectual Property markets.
We manage accredited Angel Investor Group and are providing several types of capital to emerging and growing businesses. As part of the executive team I executed and developed due diligence on other assets that may be of interest to Target for development or partnership purposes. I was the principal business development executive and change agent for Target's largest business unit: Retirementhomes.com. During my tenure, I was able to develop, close and renew a number of super-regional and national B2B accounts.
RetirementHomes.com, Managing Director
As Managing Director for Retirementhomes.com, I managed both the internal and external business development and marketing efforts of this business unit of Target Directories. I was responsible for Strategic Partnerships and new Product Development.
I was the primary Leader and Change Agent at Retirementhomes.com whereby the sales process, product development process and user interface are still being transformed. Operating in an Agile environment, I was the Product Owner and manager of our site and technologies and worked in concert with our partners and development teams. I directly managed the Sales, Sales Support teams and operations teams for Retirementhomes.com as well as oversaw the daily management of a number of key customer National Accounts and Partnerships.
I was responsible for the conception, development, management and execution of all of the Global Business Development and Strategic Partnership efforts. I expanded the Consultative Sales and Business Development processes and knowledge that are appreciated by clients and strategic partners. I was a member of the CAC during a period of tremendous upheaval in the Canadian financial markets. During this time, new registration requirement regulations were implemented, capital requirement for investment firms were created and various regulatory, accounting and financial scandals took place.
As a member and Chair of the Council, I routinely communicated with a variety of industry regulators, standard setters, and CFA Charterholders about the issues that effected Canada's capital market and its actors.
