概要
From the very beginning of my professional career, I was focusing on industrial property protection, especially issues related to the Internet and domain names. My primary practice today is law enforcement on the Internet and the advice on and representation in alternative dispute resolution proceedings for domain names, inter alia according to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), the usTLD Dispute Resolution Policy (usDRP), the IN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (INDRP), the Dispute Resolution Service Policy for .uk (DRS Policy) and the Regulation (EC) No. 874/2004 (ADR proceedings for ".eu"). Furthermore, I am advising numerous clients with regard to new gTLD issues.

Furthermore, I have contributed to the first edition of "Handbuch des Domainrechts" (Domain Law Manual).
