Drafting Patents in all variations of technical area varying from computer science, electronics to mechanical with applications of these scientific area in variety of technical and engineering products. Also, working on the area of in-house acquisiton of patentable inventions from various business units and R&D unit.
In addition, managing the execution, maintenance and structuring of all other IPR Portfolios, ranging from Trademark, Copyrights and Domain Names. Counsel the business units over IPR activities and existence of Intellectual Assets in there marketing and R&D Activities.
Also responsible for carrying out licensing activties, contract drafting and prosecution support for IPR issues.
