概要

Adam M. Swartz is an Attorney at Law, Consumer Legal Analyst, and Assistant General Counsel for White, Jacobs & Associates. Mr. Swartz advises consumers and other attorneys regarding credit restoration (removal of derogatory items, building new appropriate trade lines, and fiscal best practices in this area). The Swartz Law Firm, PLLC, who has partnered up with WJA, focuses on consumer debt settlement negotiation, as well as general, consumer, and commercial litigation.

職歴

Notary Public
State of Texas
October 2013 – Present (1 year 9 months)Dallas & Plano, Texas
Notary Public for the great State of Texas

Attorney at Law & Consumer Legal Advisor
White, Jacobs & Associates
August 2013 – Present (1 year 11 months)Plano, TX
White, Jacobs & Associates focuses on consumer legal affairs and securing successful home/auto lending for clients through credit analysis & a network of loan officers with whom we have partnered.

WJA has multiple Juris Doctors on staff (myself included) whose eyes touch every audit/demand sent to all three credit bureaus, original creditors, any 3rd party collection agency, court systems, public records, the attorney general/the state (typically child support, but can apply more broadly), plus original medical facilities. Because we operate this way, there is very little chance of derogatory items re-reporting in the future.

We work hand-in-hand with a network of loan/mortgage officers around the country so that once a client's scores qualify them for an FHA/other loan and we have prepared them to meet the other FHA/loan requirements, we connect them with a loan officer in their area or refer them back to the loan/mortgage officer who referred them to us, so you can hit the ground running.

In addition to removing negative items from credit reports through legal audits/demands for verification of claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, OSCAR laws, and HIPPA, I help build new credit through helping establish new and appropriate trade lines (revolving accounts, e.g. credit cards) Our program lasts a max. of 180 days &after that we work for free. Typically we start receiving results within 30-45 days (which is the lag time the creditors and bureaus are allowed for a response by law) and our average amount of time for clients to successfully reach the FHA lending threshold is 3 months.
I research and write motions, voir dire, sit second chair to our general counsel.

National Champion, FINRA Securities Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Triathlon
2012 – 2012 (less than a year)Manhattan, New York
The Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon is a joint initiative of the Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). For two days, student teams from law schools around the country meet to test their advocacy skills in the negotiation, mediation and arbitration of a securities dispute.

The Triathlon is not a competition of physical endurance, but of dispute resolution competence. Students play the roles of attorneys and clients, with some teams in the role of investor and others in the role of broker-dealer. Members of FINRA’s roster of experienced neutrals serve as mediators, arbitrators and judges, critiquing the student teams and offering the students an invaluable real-life experience.

By challenging students to negotiate, mediate, and arbitrate in a single competition, this one-of-a-kind event gives students an opportunity to hone their advocacy skills in a realistic and comprehensive securities dispute experience.
