概要
I am currently an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group of Pearl Cohen's New York office. My practice focuses mainly on US patent prosecution, inter partes reexamination, litigation support, including eDiscovery and legal research, patent searching, as well as freedom to operate, patentability, and infringement opinions. My work encompasses a broad variety of products and complex technologies, including external, implantable and swallowable medical devices, batteries, mechanical valve assemblies and motor vehicle technology, including hybrid systems. I have also gained experience in brain-computer interfaces and cognitive languages, as well as consumer products such as stroller accessories.
Prior to becoming an Associate, I worked as a patent paralegal, scientific adviser and patent agent at Pearl Cohen. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in both US and foreign patent prosecution procedure, managing world-wide patent families, and drafting patent applications and responses to Office Actions.
I am licensed in New York State.
I am registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
