Crop Science – We work together with scientists to organize their research and speed up commercialization of new natural foods that will help manage brain diseases.
CRO Genetics Lab – Enabled genetics CRO lab achieve regulatory certifications by optimization their R&D Knowledge Management process and improve communication with clients around sample inventory management.
Clean Energy Manufacturing – Enabled custom manufacturer of solar panels to organize their projects and optimize their R&D tax credits. Accelerated their commercialization of products by 30%.
Food & Beverage – Helped a fast growing brewery to digitize and organize their recipes, as well as enabled R&D collaboration with other artisans across the country. Also were able to setup a process to navigate regulatory reporting process with ease.

My group was responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of the Hyperion Enterprise application across global CTS business units for financial data capture and reporting.
Other responsibilities included:
- The preparation of the financial reporting and analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual results of the Corporation.
- Also responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the Hyperion Enterprise database, application, and reports.
- Internal user training of the Hyperion Enterprise application for other global locations.
- Reduced the internal financial reporting process time frame from 30 days to 1 week, enabling management to react much more rapidly to financial changes.
