概要
German and European Patent Attorney with experience in the technical fields of electrical engineering, telecommunication, computer hardware and software, entertainment electronics and medical engineering gained at the intellectual property law firms Grünecker & Partners, Bird & Bird LLP and Müller Boré & Partner in Munich.
In particular, at Grünecker I was responsible for European patent applications during the examination phase until grant of the patent and drafting new applications in English and German, as well as prior art searches and analyzing of patent and non-patent literature.
At Bird & Bird I gained experience in the field of nullity and infringment actions as well as employees' inventions.
Currently I am involved in all aspects of obtaining, defending and enforcing of national and international patents at the law firm Wuesthoff & Wuesthoff in Munich.
